STAINLESS STEEL FABRICATION

We cover all of The Midlands to the South West to West London but will travel further afield for larger projects.

Our Engineers have an in-depth understanding and appreciation for the high level of quality demanded in Hygienic Manufacturing Industries. We fabricate all dairy pipework and weld / purge to 6G ZURICH Certification. In our workshops we fabricate trolleys, trays, gaurds, high care equipment, platforms, step overs and much more - all TIG Welded to coded standards. Welds are pickled and cleaned, fabrications are wrapped to avoid contamination ready for delivery and install

We are available for all on site (out of hours) emergency maintenance CODED TIG Welding, continuous improvement projects, CAPEX quotations and general High / Low Care Fabrications.

Our approval codings cover a wide range of applications within our target industries. We encourage enquiries for 'assembly & weld' opportunities. Our hygienic workshops offer a clean and efficient environment for multiple batch / jig work. We're happy to quote full job or just labour, free issue material. We have storage facilities and happy to discuss call off.

We are happy to certify our workforce to any coding required to undertake customer requirements. Our coded welding staff are also placeable, providing cover for holidays, illness and staff shortages at your premises.

PIPE WORK FABRICATION Pipework Fabrication

WORCESTER ENGINEERING specialise in stainless steel pipe work fabrications, 24 HOUR emergency coded pipe welding / purging and ongoing maintenance / improvements.

From our hygienic workshops we are able to pre-fabricate pipework or if required fabricate on customer premises.

Our CODED WELDERS weld & purge to the highest standard (6G) and are recruited from Hygienic Engineering backgrounds.

TIG Welding staff are ZURICH Certified as follows:

BS EN ISO 15614-1 : 2017 LEVEL 2

All Hygienic pipe work is purged as standard, mill certs can be supplied where requested.

Our services range from a simple pin hole, to a re-route to an emergency weld to a full installation.
